We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our Porter Avenue, Brooklyn facility. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of custodial supplies, including ordering and budgeting.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to discuss work assignments, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as facility inspection requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in custodial management or a related field.
