Job Title: Ambassador

We're searching for Ambassadors to join our team at The Pearl. As an Ambassador, you'll be part of our front-line crew, serving ice cream to our customers, making waffle products, running the register, keeping the shop clean, and performing other important tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve our signature ice cream, which Time magazine calls 'the best in America'

Qualities of a Successful Ambassador:
  • Exhibit passion for community, attention to detail, and a willingness to clean (a lot)
  • Familiarize yourself with what sets us apart from other ice creams and be able to articulate it to customers
  • Be available to work weekends and late nights (past 11 p.m.)
  • Provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer
  • Be reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift
