The Shift Leader is a developmental role that oversees and ensures a high-energy, fun, and seamless shift for both team members and guests. This role is responsible for focusing on food quality, guest experience, team support and accountability, and overall shift success.

The Shift Leader must be an ambassador of our mission and core values, leading and inspiring exceptional hospitality. They will be responsible for ensuring the front line is stocked with proper levels of food, made to our standards, and maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment throughout the shift.

The Shift Leader will also participate in coaching and training hourly team members, ensuring all guests have an awesome guest experience, and maintaining the flow of the shift by constantly monitoring the dining room, service line, and cash registers.

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Passion for food and people
  • Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire other team members
  • Ability to delegate, follow up, and properly hold team members accountable
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong written/verbal communication and listening skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed (including nights and weekends)
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Must go through certification in all FOH positions (Line and Cash)
  • Must pass food Safety Certification and Final Shift Leader Validation and Assessments
