Electronics Test Specialist

  • Location: ONSITE – Fargo, ND
  • Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
  • Length: until 09/2025 (Contract extension expectation)
  • Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Three or more years of applicable experience
  • A.S. in Electronics or a two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting methodologies to identify root causes
  • Familiarity with testing instruments, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and tests to ascertain the causes of defective electronic assemblies based on provided instructions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to performed tasks.
  • Notify supervisors of any process or design issues and assist in implementing corrective measures.
  • Execute manual testing of electronic circuits and PCBs following engineering guidelines.
  • Engage in professional communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Revise test documentation as necessary for prototype products.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians when needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.
