Key Responsibilities- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on an objective mental health assessment
- Coordinate referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in social work with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- LCSW Certification required (PA)
- At least 2 years clinical social work experience in a community health care environment
- Clearances: FBI, State Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Clearance
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
