Job Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Requirements
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered for a raise or promotion every 3 months.
