Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering or a related scientific discipline
Over 10 years of relevant experience with state and federal air quality regulations
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
15 years of experience in federal air quality regulations
Expertise in preparing air permit applications and associated documentation
Skill in cultivating client relationships and generating new business opportunities
