About the Role

This position offers a $4K Sign-On-Bonus and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a Staff Clinician I, you will utilize your therapeutic skills to assess the psychosocial functioning of our patients and provide intervention strategies to alleviate their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, marital, and/or family therapy to patients
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
  • Develop and deliver educational seminars and in-service training to staff members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • CPI certification within 60 days of employment
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment
  • Strongly encouraged to pursue full licensure and/or certification in a related mental health field
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in the healthcare or social service field
  • Psychiatric hospital experience preferred
