Investor Relations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our team at Quality Technology Services, LLC. As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the creation and coordination of strategic communication materials for various audiences, including investors, clients, vendors, and external lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver content highlighting company strategic and execution performance to support ongoing investor relations activities.
- Lead the creation and drafting of presentation materials, investor letters, and other mediums to be presented on behalf of the CEO, CFOs, and other Execs.
- Manage content creation calendar and schedules, as well as create and manage a library of off-the-shelf presentation content.
- Coordinate and facilitate investor tours and presentations at various data centers.
- Complete data requests from investors, lenders, consultants, and market researchers, and develop relationships across the organization to streamline communication efforts and content creation.
- Collaborate with functions to update content and presentation materials on a regular cadence, as well as improve and streamline content creation processes.
- Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial insights, and collaborate with finance teams to support investor relations activities.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in equity research, investor relations, finance, investment banking, or asset management, with experience in real estate and/or private equity being a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to drive content creation around business performance and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
