- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and business owners, ensuring their needs are met and their properties are left in a safe and tidy condition.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other crew members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, and report any issues to the Foreperson.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in tree care, forestry, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Ability to climb and descend trees, operate equipment safely, and provide excellent customer service.
- Certifications: First aid and CPR certification required.
