Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant in West St. Paul, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in a school-based setting.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Therapy Services: Provide therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support client goals.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients and educate them and their families about speech and language development and strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current Minnesota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric setting is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
