Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in St. Paul, MN. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children with speech and language disorders in an early intervention setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of infants, toddlers, and children to identify speech and language needs, and provide individual and group therapy sessions to address these needs.
  • Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans and plans of care.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of children's progress and provide regular reports to parents and other stakeholders.
  • Consultation and Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and provide consultation and training to colleagues and other professionals as needed.
Requirements
  • Minnesota SLP License: Possess a valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • PELSB Certificate: Hold a Professional Educator License System of Minnesota (PELSB) certificate as an education Speech-Language Pathologist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Early Intervention: Have experience working in early intervention settings with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
  • Knowledge of Minnesota Special Education Procedures: Be familiar with Minnesota special education procedures and best practices for Speech-Language Pathologists in school settings.
