About the Job:
This exciting contract role as a Supply Chain Administrator at AP Recruiters & Associates offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the Procure to Pay process. As part of our team, you will collaborate with procurement teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and effective collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice discrepancies to uphold company policies, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues related to freight handling invoices and payment information.
- Process and maintain accurate vendor payment information within the ERP system, leveraging technical skills and knowledge.
- Generate and maintain reports on invoice issues and vendor interactions, providing insights for business growth.
- Support the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks related to invoice management and vendor data, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Associates degree with relevant experience considered).
- At least 24 years of administrative experience, preferably in supply chain, procurement, or finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and invoice processing, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
