Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special needs, to reinforce learning and promote academic growth.
- Help maintain classroom behavior and support students in following instructions and school rules.
- Assist teachers in preparing materials for lessons and organizing classroom resources to optimize student learning.
- Support students with special needs, including assisting with individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior management plans.
- Provide supervision during lunch, recess, and transitions between classes to ensure student safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior as required by teachers or school administration.
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 6+ months of experience as a School Paraprofessional preferred.
