Job Summary

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with manufacturing operations, including working with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment, performing rework and quality testing, and utilizing sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manufacturing operations tasks, including working with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment
  • Conduct rework and quality testing to ensure high-quality products
  • Utilize sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data
  • Determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process
  • Work with engineers to conduct experiments and develop new processes
  • Handle and manage fragile composite materials
  • Bond, prep, and bond composite structures to metallic fittings
  • Notate usage, traceability, pot life, and out-time controls on all adhesive materials used
  • Report data and interface with other employees and departments
  • Tooling preparation and release application
  • Utilize measurement tools, such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures, for fabricating hardware
  • Read and understand manufacturing blueprints and shop planning
  • Assist in maintaining overall shop appearance and cleanliness
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of additional education and/or related experience for this position. A valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage are also required to drive onto company property.

Preferred Skills

The pay range for this position is $35.00-$37.00 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
