- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer relations contact center or hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
