About the Role:

As a caregiver, you will work closely with our participants to support their daily living needs, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation. You will also help participants develop skills for independence, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with daily living tasks
  • Develop personalized plans to support participant goals
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress

Requirements:
