We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and helping them navigate our insurance and financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Insurance and Financial Services: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and help them achieve their financial goals.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
  • People-Oriented: Strong people skills, with the ability to effectively relate to clients and build strong relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills, preferably in Spanish.
  • Licenses: Property and Casualty license (currently held) and Life and Health license (able to obtain).
