Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and department heads.
  • Perform front desk duties as necessary, including managing reservations, check-ins, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle various administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as required.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests throughout their stay, ensuring a positive experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Availability for flexible overnight shifts is necessary.
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is required; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is a plus.
