Tire Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Tire Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our Commercial Tire Repair team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial tires, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service.
Job Summary
As a Tire Specialist at Goodyear, you will be dispatched to the customer's location to repair or change commercial tires. Your responsibilities will include:
- Repairing and maintaining commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating tires to the prescribed PSI per load requirement.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a tire repair or maintenance role.
- A strong understanding of tire repair and maintenance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
