Job Summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist will work with patients to develop and implement individualized plans of care to improve swallowing, breathing, cognition, speech, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a current license in the state of employment and a minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Therapist in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
  • Provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients

Requirements:
