As a Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing assigned Personal Lines Property underwriting products, including overall P&L management, forecasting revenue, and developing product strategy, pricing, and enhancement opportunities to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned Personal Lines Property underwriting products, including overall P&L management, forecasting revenue, and developing product strategy, pricing, and enhancement opportunities to drive sales and growth.
  • Develop and maintain product materials, user guides, and training documents to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure effective delivery of Underwriting Solutions capabilities and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities for Underwriting Solutions across the policy lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and industry experts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuary, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property insurance, with a focus on underwriting, product management, or product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
