LPN - Miller - FT - Night Shifts

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Miller facility. As an LPN, you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans
- Develop a self-care program for residents
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. You must also have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
