Job OverviewGenesis Health Clubs is expanding its operations and seeking a motivated and results-driven Fitness Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, focusing on membership sales, promotions, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Collaborate with senior management to set business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company vision
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, utilizing digital media, events, and sponsorships to reach new audiences
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and community leaders
- Promote Genesis Health Clubs through social media, networking events, and other channels
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of the fitness industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Salary:** $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
