The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, focusing on membership sales, promotions, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate with senior management to set business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company vision
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, utilizing digital media, events, and sponsorships to reach new audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and community leaders
  • Promote Genesis Health Clubs through social media, networking events, and other channels
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimize business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the fitness industry and current market trends
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Salary:** $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
