In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve financial targets and maintain brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to ensure overall financial health and successful execution of restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience, a passion for mentoring and developing others, and a solid track record in achieving financial results.
