Restaurant Operations Director

In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve financial targets and maintain brand standards.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to ensure overall financial health and successful execution of restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience, a passion for mentoring and developing others, and a solid track record in achieving financial results.
