Key Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning all communal areas to meet established standards, including restrooms, dining areas, elevators, hallways, and more.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in assigned resident apartments.
  • Collaborating with maintenance to ensure the overall appearance and upkeep of the facility.
  • Submitting maintenance requests as necessary.
  • Alerting the Environmental Services Manager when supplies are running low.
  • Keeping the laundry room organized and storing cleaning supplies according to guidelines.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should possess a genuine compassion for elderly care and a commitment to service excellence. Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, and vendors are essential, along with a keen attention to detail.
