Role

As a Resin Operator Trainee, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the production of high-quality resin. You will gain a working knowledge of resin reactors and related equipment, the chemistries and processes used in resin manufacturing, and the handling of both hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals. This role involves forklift operation and requires strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

* Gain a working knowledge of resin reactors and related equipment
* Develop skills in handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
* Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity

Benefits

* Starting salary of $45,941 per year, equivalent to $22.09 per hour, with a wage increase of roughly $5,000 after training
* Shift differentials of $1.50 on 2nd shift and $2.00 on 3rd shift
* Sign-on bonus of $1000 after 180 days

Qualifications

* Strong math skills
* Previous experience as an Operator is preferred
* Experience in an environment blending chemicals is a plus
* Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull 51 lbs or more
