Salary: $41,600 base pay with bonus potential. Competitive compensation package that includes 15 PTO days, complete health benefits, 401K with company matching, and plenty of free food throughout the month.

About the Role:

We're seeking a confident and goal-oriented Risk Advisor to close sales from leads, prospects, and policyholders. With access to multiple carriers, you'll provide customers with the best coverage at the best pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer's insurance needs and suggest coverages
  • Finalize sales and coordinate collection of deposits while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria

Skill Requirements:

  • Comfortable making calls and talking to people on the phone all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
