About the RoleThe Front Desk Professional will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, scanning documents, and updating patient information.
This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a medical office setting being a plus.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Greet patients and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information
- Scan documents and send them to the appropriate department
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
