Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Painter to join our team at Express Employment Professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint to metal parts, preparing surfaces for painting, and maintaining painting equipment and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply paint to metal parts using HVLP spray equipment
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including solvent cleaning and tacking
  • Maintain painting equipment and tooling
  • Work from drawings, sketches, or routers to determine processes and procedures
  • Meet quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

  • Strong reading comprehension and listening skills
  • Strong understanding of basic arithmetic
  • Understanding of paint specifications
  • High level of organization and discipline
  • Must understand HVLP spray equipment
  • Must be familiar with refinishing techniques in line with industrial or automotive painting
