Express Employment Professionals of Clearwater is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find great people. We are currently seeking an experienced Aerospace Painter.

First shift Monday - Thursday 6 am to 4:30 p.m. (4-10 Hour Days.)

$20.00-22.00/HR BOE

Seeking an experienced painter: The position is wet paint on metal parts but any experience at all would be considered. Pay scale would be based on the level of experience. Experience with HVLP spray equipment a plus.

Painter might need to make a pre-design before applying paint on the surface.

Duties may also include painting spare parts, repairing some parts and giving a new look.

Prepares parts for painting and prepares the proper mixture of materials to be used.

Applies masking according to customer blueprints using freehand techniques as well as templates.

Prepares parts for inspection.

Works from drawings, sketches, or routers to determine processes/ procedures to be used.

Solvent clean and tack parts to ensure no paint failures.

Maintain painting equipment and tooling.

REQUIREMENTS:

STRONG reading comprehension and listening skills.

STRONG understanding of basic arithmetic

Understanding of paint specifications

High level of organization and discipline

Must understand HVLP spray equipment.

Must be familiar with refinishing techniques in line with that of industrial or automotive painting
