Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Women's Health team in a part-time capacity. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the NICU, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with other healthcare team members.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in women's health care.
- Current Registered Nursing License in the state of Texas or Compact state.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science preferred.
- Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
- Medical/Surgical Nursing experience preferred.
- Medical Surgical ANCC Certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency required.
