- Process Improvement and Optimization: Find opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to implement system enhancements and integrate learning strategies effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of errors and bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
- Documentation and Guidelines: Develop and maintain data processing guidelines and documentation.
- Clearance and Background: Active DoD Secret clearance required.
- Background Experience: DoD background experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- IT Support Experience: Minimum of 3 years IT support experience with LMS systems.
- Transition and Integration Experience: 1-3 years of experience in transitioning and integrating IT systems.
- Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level I DoD 8570 certification required.
- Superb Communication Skills: Superb communication skills, verbal and written.
- Experience in Supporting Senior Management: Experience in supporting senior management stakeholders.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a team environment.
