Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, dependable, and effective care to patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, active unencumbered nursing license.
  • Minimum of 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS may be required in designated departments.
