About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Smart Honda of Davenport. As a sales professional in our no-haggle sales environment, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the vehicle purchasing process. The successful candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in retail, and a high school diploma or equivalent. They will also possess excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a valid driver's license and an acceptable and clean driving record. Our company offers a competitive salary, ranging from $42,000 to $62,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k) with a company match, paid time off, and a vacation savings program with a company match.
