Evening Sanitation Specialist

Job Overview
The Nighttime Facility Cleaner is tasked with maintaining the overall cleanliness and hygiene of all areas within the establishment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Replenish locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
- Notify the Club Manager of any damaged or missing amenities or equipment, including toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym apparatus.
- Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by promptly returning lost items to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous custodial experience is advantageous.
- Punctuality and dependability are essential.
- Must be able to work during overnight hours.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic are crucial.
- Ability to independently resolve issues as they arise.
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to lift items weighing over 80 pounds on occasion.
- Exposure to potentially hazardous cleaning chemicals may occur.
