Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee comprehensive business analysis initiatives or projects with clear deliverables aimed at providing effective solutions.
  • Utilize business process management techniques to identify, document, and enhance current business workflows, including the development of As-Is and To-Be models and conducting gap analyses.
  • Create and implement testing strategies for projects to ensure alignment with user and program specifications.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, producing presentations and materials that facilitate the re-evaluation of core business processes and the conceptualization of optimized environments.
  • Lead multiple project teams in gathering and documenting business process requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and collect information to redesign and document existing business processes using UML diagrams.
Required Skills
  • A minimum of 60 months of experience managing Business Requirement Projects involving 150 or more users, focusing on strategies for collecting business process requirements for new applications.
  • At least 60 months of experience serving as the Lead Business Analyst on projects employing business process management methodologies to analyze and redesign business processes, including data mapping.
  • 48 months of experience in migrating legacy data to an enterprise COTS solution and analyzing integrated dependent systems.
  • 60 months of experience in stakeholder communication and outreach, including the creation of presentations that promote innovative approaches to core business processes.
  • 36 months of experience in identifying data quality issues, establishing data validation rules, and managing data migration efforts.
