Sacconnesset Golf Club is a prestigious private golf facility located in Falmouth, MA. The role involves both daytime and evening shifts in our a la carte dining area as well as during exclusive events.

As a Server, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our members, guests, and patrons while mentoring seasonal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all pre- and post-shift tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and consistent service to every member and guest.
  • Accurately take and serve food and drink orders.
  • Recommend food and beverage selections.
  • Share expertise on wine and cocktail offerings.
  • Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service; notify management of any service concerns.
  • Assist in training new waitstaff, bussers, and food runners.
We promote a vibrant work environment with golf privileges, so we encourage interested candidates to submit their resumes.

Qualifications:
  • Availability for weekends and evening shifts is essential.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive knowledge of wine and cocktail menus are required.
  • Ability to learn the menu and effectively upsell items.
  • Familiarity with Jonas POS is a plus, but training will be provided.
