Job Title: CDL Class A Driver

Thalle Construction Co. Inc. is seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our team. As a CDL Class A Driver, you will be responsible for transporting, loading, and unloading goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods between project locations and laydown facilities.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety of delivery contents.
  • Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document.
  • Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip.
  • Check weather conditions and road reports before departure.
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations, as well as ICC and DOT regulations.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A driver's license required.
  • 2+ years proven experience driving a related class A vehicle preferred.
  • Clean driving record with no moving violations.
  • Skilled and confident driver.
  • Comfortable maneuvering and parking a tractor-trailer.
  • Alert, focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
