About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Process customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-5 years of supervisory experience in a QSR or retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of store financials, P&Ls, and break-even analysis.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
