Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with a strong background in customer sales operations to join our team at Centraprise.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business analysis and user-focused product management, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional project roadmaps.

They will also possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with both technology and business teams in a high-pressure environment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to influence others and establish trust and credibility quickly.

They will also have a high level of professionalism, energy, and a sense of urgency to drive results.

5+ years of experience in technology-focused projects around customer-facing application deployment and/or complex mobile app development is also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will assist the current lead Program & Product Manager(s) in managing multiple existing work streams on large-scale projects.

They will understand, analyze, and document business process workflow diagrams, both as-is and to-be, and drive overall business analysis with multiple stakeholders.

They will also write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, from high-level sometimes ambiguous epics, and manage the backlog and release roadmap for multiple cross-functional applications.

The Product Manager will prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans that detail all pre-agreed milestones and dependencies, and lead the project independently.

They will own User Acceptance Testing end-to-end, writing test scripts, coordinating schedules with geos and technical teams, facilitating triage calls, obtaining sign-off, and rolling out.

The Product Manager will also manage and upkeep of cross-functional project plans, BRDs, Test Scripts, and other project documents, ensuring that all project deliverables are diligently tracked and managed while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

They will track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, and apply critical thinking to identify potential issues that will impact the progress and proactively address the issues.

Finally, the Product Manager will multitask numerous projects and/or requirements concurrently and communicate effectively, driving all project tasks when required.
