Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage work processes through our in-house technology platform, ensuring seamless data collection and communication with various sources.
  • Play a pivotal role in enhancing productivity, quality, and safety in our manufacturing operations by leveraging knowledge of product design, fabrication, manufacturing methods, and quality control standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
  • 1 or more years of job-related experience, with general knowledge of commercial/industrial mechanical systems, fabrication, and installation.
  • General knowledge of manufacturing operations is a plus.

  • Knowledge of a manufacturing environment, with ability to establish and analyze metrics.

Physical and Travel Demands
  • Work in a combination of environments, including manufacturing floor, office setting, and job sites.
  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding, and use of monitor and telephone.
  • Occasional climbing, reaching, stooping, and lifting required.
  • Travel requirements include occasional flights, overnight stays, and road travel to execute regional needs.
Benefits and Compensation
  • The salary range for this position is $64,960 to $91,756 per year, with total compensation including a year-end bonus, paid time off, and industry-leading benefits package.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.
