Job Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain equipment within the facility.
- Maintain daily logs of maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, including mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring prompt corrective measures are taken.

Perform mechanical repairs, which may involve welding, fabrication, and assembly/disassembly of components such as valves, pumps, and production machinery.

Carry out electrical repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Redesign basic electrical or mechanical systems for integration into existing manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Work independently on complex installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of manufacturing equipment.

Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, compressors, and grounds.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Experience with CNC, Coiling, 4-slide, and Wireform preventive maintenance is essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Electrical License is required.
