Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our drive-thru experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive first impression to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive first impression: Greet guests with a warm, friendly smile and set the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Listen attentively to guests' needs, respond promptly to their inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless experience: Work collaboratively with our technicians to ensure that all necessary services are performed correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace: Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: You'll be working closely with guests and team members, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.A willingness to learn and work efficiently: We're a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to adapt quickly and work efficiently under pressure.Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds: You'll need to be able to lift and move items as needed, so a moderate level of physical fitness is required.Access to reliable transportation: You'll need to be able to commute to work and potentially travel to other locations.
