Job Summary:
At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Tech to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Position patients accurately to scan specific areas of their bodies, ensuring optimal image quality and patient comfort.
- Perform regular maintenance and quality control procedures on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes and ensure optimal performance.
- Sterilize radiologic equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Interpret doctors' written scanning instructions accurately and administer radiocontrast agents to patients as needed.
Requirements:
- Current ARRT certification and BLS certification.
- State license to practice as a Computed Tomography Tech.
