We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Basecamp Recovery LLC. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Salary: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour

About the Role:

The Healthcare Support Professional will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care and treatment within the recovery center. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist new patients during their intake process, including urine drug screens and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate records of UDS screens and BAC results, reporting any unexpected positive screening results to providers.
  • Ensure a clean and organized environment within the recovery center, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a recovery home or related field.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health issues is highly desirable.
