About the Role

Option To Success is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch emotional and administrative support to clients in individual or group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' situations to determine the best course of action.
  2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet clients' unique needs.
  3. Evaluate client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders regarding client updates.
  5. Foster relationships with other healthcare professionals and programs to ensure seamless referrals.
  6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive client documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
