The Rigger/Ironworker Foreman will oversee the field planning and installation of steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed structures or structural framework as directed by the Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with TMC Safety Policies and TMC Quality Control Plan
- Collect and enter labor and equipment on a daily basis into Heavy Job
- Conduct daily huddles in the absence of the Superintendent
- Assist in planning work schedule and determining labor and equipment needs daily
- Report any potential changes or extra's to appropriate Field Superintendent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Ironworker Foreman working on Heavy Civil related construction
- Ability to work at all heights is a must
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret symbols and abbreviations on plans and drawings
- Have a valid driving license
- OSHA 10 certified
