Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at BuzzBallz LLC in Carrollton, Texas. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating with outbound carriers, assigning dock doors, and managing traffic flow into our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with incoming drivers to receive shipment information
- Coordinate door assignments with the Logistics Analyst team and Shipping Leads
- Manage gate access and maintain traffic flow integrity
- Track and report load times and door assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with WMS systems, specifically Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP
- Routing or scheduling experience preferred
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA options, 401k with employer matching, PTO, and free lunch on weekdays.
