Sales Performance Specialist

Look no further than Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth and revenue expansion in the K-12 educational space. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships with school districts and educational programs in your assigned territory, leveraging your strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and ability to build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new and repeat business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned territory
* Work closely with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business
* Collaborate with your RVP/RD to form, modify, and prospect sales strategies
* Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion
* Communicate effectively with all inside partners in regular meetings with a variety of internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication, build relationships, and increase sales
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must have 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know-how, a bachelor's degree preferred, solid presentation skills, and the ability to speak to customer needs at all levels. Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and the ability to perform outstanding work from home are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms is also required.
